Why am I here?

Variety is the how I keep from getting bored. Dual Master’s degrees from Harvard (MBA + AM in Middle Eastern History) means I frequently enjoy learning about (and experiencing) unrelated things.

I am an aspiring raconteur and joined Medium to write about and share some of the more amusing, bizarre, humorous, and frightening experiences I’ve had studying Arabic in the Middle East, serving a Mormon mission in Ireland, collecting cardboard with pictures of men (baseball cards), climbing some of the world’s highest peaks, and — of course — navigating the complexities and occasional obnoxiousness of Harvard.

I’m going to give this a shot and publish some of my stories. Any and all feedback welcome!
